REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
 You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Refund Processing
 Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

3. Non-Refundable Items
 Perishable goods, opened beauty products, and customized items are non-refundable.
